Welcome to Styzon. By accessing and using our website (www.styzon.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

Styzon reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

All prices on Styzon are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current.

Styzon reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Styzon offers the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time of delivery. Available for all orders across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Bank Transfer: Transfer the order amount to our designated bank account. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.
• Online Payment: Pay securely through our online payment gateway using debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

For COD orders, a confirmation call may be placed before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other areas.

Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 5,000. A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to orders below this threshold.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Styzon is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Perfumes and fragrances can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.
• Sale items and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@styzon.com or call +92 300 1234567. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Styzon reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or inability to verify customer information.

Watches purchased from Styzon come with a manufacturer warranty as specified in the product listing. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

When you create an account on Styzon, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it accurate and current.

Styzon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Styzon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
